Terms & Conditions

Burstock Management

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Burstock Management. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

Burstock Management provides website design and build services for small businesses, primarily trades and service-based businesses.

Our standard Website Launch Package includes:

  • Up to 5 pages

  • Mobile optimisation

  • Contact/enquiry setup

  • Basic SEO setup

  • Guidance on content

  • 2 rounds of revisions

  • Go-live support

Any additional work outside of this scope may be quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms

  • The standard fee for the Website Launch Package is £500

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins

  • The remaining 50% is due prior to the website going live

No website will be launched until full payment has been received.

Domain and hosting costs are the responsibility of the client and are paid directly to the relevant provider.

4. Timelines

Websites are typically completed within 7–10 working days from the point all required content has been received.

Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may result in extended timelines.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have the right to use any content supplied

  • Review and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

Burstock Management is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or missing content.

6. Revisions

The package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

Additional revisions may be charged separately.

7. Changes to Scope

Any work requested outside of the agreed package (additional pages, advanced features, integrations, etc.) will be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

8. Ownership

Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and content transfers to the client.

Burstock Management reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

9. Liability

Burstock Management will take reasonable care in delivering services but cannot guarantee specific business results, including increased enquiries or revenue.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Wix, hosting providers)

  • Errors in content provided by the client

10. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, any work completed will be chargeable

  • No refunds will be issued once the website has been completed and delivered

11. Support

Post-launch support is limited to initial go-live assistance unless otherwise agreed.

Ongoing support or additional services may be offered separately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
